1. Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above a specified amount (as displayed at checkout).
- Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Exact charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
2. International Shipping

For international orders, we partner with:

Delivery Timelines
- Standard International: 10–15 business days
- Express International: 5–7 business days
Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
- We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the respective courier partner's website.
5. Delivery Issues
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable (wrong address, recipient unavailable after multiple attempts), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
