1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: The product arrived damaged, broken, or in poor condition.
- Wrong Product: You received a product different from what you ordered.
- Quality Issues: The product does not meet the quality standards as described on our website.
- Missing Items: Items from your order are missing from the delivered package.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery (unless the product is unopened and unused)
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless defective)
- Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
- Delay in delivery due to courier or external factors
- Orders placed with incorrect addresses resulting in returns
3. Refund Request Process

- Provide Details: Include your order number, description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged/wrong product.
- Review: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- Resolution: If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
4. Return Process
- If a return is required, we will arrange for a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by us if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product.
- For other returns (where eligible), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Refund Timelines
- Refund Approval: Within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned product (or reviewing evidence for damaged goods).
- Credit Card / Debit Card: 5–7 business days after approval.
- UPI / Net Banking: 5–7 business days after approval.
- PayPal (International): 7–10 business days after approval.
Please note that the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Replacements
In case of damaged or wrong products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
7. International Orders
- International refunds will be processed in the original currency of payment.
- Customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable by us — please contact your local customs authority for refund of duties.
- Return shipping for international orders is the customer's responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
8. Bulk / Wholesale Orders
Refund and return policies for bulk or wholesale orders may differ. Please refer to your purchase agreement or contact us for specific terms applicable to your order.
