Our founder, Medini Mohan Rabha, grew up witnessing the dedication of small tea growers — men and women who poured their lives into cultivating some of the world's finest tea leaves, yet rarely received the recognition or compensation they deserved.
This disparity ignited a vision: to create a brand that would celebrate the authentic taste of Assam tea while ensuring the people who grow it share in the success. In 2020, ATQ Tea Industries Pvt Ltd was born with this dual mission — premium quality for consumers, fair partnerships for growers.
Over the years, this vision has grown from a small operation into a brand with a presence at Guwahati's Adani Airport and ambitions to reach tea lovers across the globe.
