Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand when and how you can cancel an order with Assam Tea Queen.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via email at info@assamteaqueen.com or call us at +91 8761918363.
- Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.
- A full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may refuse delivery, in which case the package will be returned to us. Applicable shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
- Alternatively, you may return the product after delivery as per our Refund Policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Assam Tea Queen
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or product information error on the website
- Payment failure or suspected fraudulent transaction
- Inability to deliver to the provided address
- Regulatory or compliance reasons
In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed promptly.
3. Partial Cancellations
If you wish to cancel specific items from a multi-item order, please contact us before dispatch. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Partial cancellation after dispatch is not possible.
4. Subscription Cancellations
If you are subscribed to any recurring order or subscription plan (when available), you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing period.

6. Refund After Cancellation
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- For UPI and bank transfers, the refund may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your account.
